  • Community Education
    Facilitating the Traveller Community to develop knowledge and skills around money matters through the use of the participatory approach of community education.
  • Community Support
    Facilitating the Traveller Community in accessing their local Money Advice and Budgeting Service and promoting appropriate existing sources of savings and credit.
  • Service Support
    Supporting MABS Services nationally on Traveller issues through appropriate training and support.
  • Community Development
    Promoting the engagement of Travellers in all areas of MABS nationwide.
  • Research and Development
    Building on the findings of "Creditable Alternatives" (2002) in partnership with other disadvantaged groups.
  • Social Policy
    Promoting changes in policy and practice which impact negatively on the Traveller Community.
  • Promoting Equality
    Promoting equality in the provision of financial services.
